Beyond What Appears

We live in a world of limitations, barriers, challenges and contrast; we would not want it any other way! We could not create our experiences without the contrast of life to point us to our desires!
Evolving from the contrast, the struggle and the many challenges we often see and respond with a higher and wiser, much broader experience of life. Frequently challenges are not wanted, they are painful and we will do anything we can to avoid challenges. We fight, fill with worry, struggling against the flow of life and each other.

All the attention to what we don’t want to experience creates more of that experience because our attention is on the stuff we don't want. Any appearance or manifestation or feeling of lack, separation, pain… It is not real; it is not Truth, it is limiting ideas appearing as reality.

What is the appearance of contrast and challenges? Is it one of a ‘hard’ reality that is painful? The way of ease in challenges is in taking responsibility for our reactions and becoming aware of our thoughts and/or motivation for those actions.
Practicing awareness of our thoughts, feelings and emotions of the contrasting nature of life can create an awareness, which always gives us the choice to continue to create experiences that are painful or ones that are enjoyable!
