No matter what love yourself.

Notice when you do not love yourself by noticing the words you use out loud and the thoughts you think about yourself in your head. Catch yourself talking negative about something and then remembering your intention, affirm that you don’t care what IS, it is your highest intention to love yourself and then focus on what you prefer.

Then, to make it all happen faster… find things to appreciate about what you prefer that is already there. As this becomes a habit, catching your negative self talk, choosing to love yourself no matter what (regardless of what is mattered, materialized or what IS) and then stating and appreciating your preferences, you will change your dominant thought about yourself which will bring to your awareness changes in your conditions.

This practice becomes your state of mind, consciousness and your vibration will be raised and you will notice love around you. You will notice that your intuition is sharper; things that you’ve always-wanted will appear to drop in your lap. Your relationships will more mirror this new inner view and you’ll notice every one is more loving in the world. You will begin to feel good about life and the world around you.

It is from this point of consciousness, this focus on your life, that you can begin to change the conditions in your world. Simply put, as you think about yourself and as you begin to love yourself, you come into your divine beingness, a powerful and deliberate creator of your own experience and a healer of humanity.

You affect the whole in a way that creates an experience of love for the whole world. You affect those around you to love more. After a bit of practice you learn to affect the quantum field around you in ways that are both deliberate and loving.

You cannot get this wrong, nor can you get it done… We are always evolving, loving creators…

You can not evolve with out love… you can’t take the love out of evolve… This journey of Self Love does not have a destination; there is no end, it goes on as long as you have a Self to love.

It is our Divine Nature that loves.
